Wood Street, Ryde

A listed building on Wood Street, Ryde, requiring listed building consent (LBC) for the demolition of the existing sun room and conservatory, in addition to internal and external alterations. The works were to include a single-storey rear extension, providing a new sun room and dining space. A further application for LBC was made, for an enlarged window to the west elevation to allow light into the property.
