We have obtained planning permission and Building Regulations for this 1960's bungalow, with construction beginning shortly on-site, to transformed the rear of the house into a stunning open plan kitchen diner with a new attached rear/side lounge extension.  New timber cladding to the front and rear will refresh the previously dated exterior.
