We are affiliated with Elmstone Engineering Ltd and Elmstone Design LLP, who provide structural engineering and CDM Health and Safety services for both residential and commercial schemes.
Director and Architect
Sean Macmillan
Sean is a fully qualified Chartered RIBA architect with 25+ years' experience in both large and small projects, from concept to completion. Sean has worked as project architect on a wide range of projects, ranging from modern contemporary through to historical and listed buildings.
Office Business Manager
Amy Boudewijn, MIP, MAAT
Amy has a BA (Hons) in Business and ensures the smooth running of the office, manages the day-to-day activities within the business and liaises with clients, the design team and stakeholders such as planning officers. Amy is also an AAT licensed accountant.
Structural Engineer
John Sutton
John is a structural engineer with 25+ years' construction experience. He has worked in many structural engineering consultancies in the commercial, retail and residential sectors, from refurbishment work on historic buildings to new build, multi-storey office developments
Architectural Technologist
Adrian Henretty
Adrian joined as a partner in February 2014, bringing with him specialisms in building regulations, project management and health and safety. Adrian previously worked in a multi-disciplinary consultancy where he gained a degree in architectural technology.
